Terms & Conditions of The Dellutri Law Group, P.A. Website:
Attorneys have to deal with a lot of baggage. So before we can get started
with the terms and conditions of the website. I have to tell you that
these terms and conditions may change frequently depending on what new
rules the Florida bar is throwing in our way.
Also I have to tell you to check back often. So, I guess it would be the
best approach for you to check the terms and conditions each and every
time you look at our website. Am I saying this because I want to waste
your time? No, not at all. I have to put these things in writing because
from time to time people will say I didn't know this or that. So, I have
to put it out there for everybody and remind you often to look at our
terms and conditions.
Thank You.
1. How to form an attorney-client relationship:
I'm sure you have looked at enough websites by now to know that by browsing the website you are not making a purchase. The same holds true for browsing an Attorney's website. By reading our website and watching our videos or by asking for free information, you acknowledge that no attorney-client relationship has been established.
The information contained in this website and the videos presented herein are for informational purposes only. Your individual circumstances will differ then the information presented here, and you will need to discuss it with an attorney.
That is why we offer a free consultation for anyone who is interested in speaking to us about Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury. Accordingly, before taking any action as a result of the information provided in this website or one of these videos you should contact an attorney to speak with him or her about your individual circumstances.
If you and the law firm come to an agreement about representation, you will be presented with a retainer agreement, which will outline the terms and conditions of our representation of you.
Now that I've scared away half of you, if you would like to call for a free consultation for Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury, please feel free to do so. Please remember, the hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based upon advertisements alone. You should and could interview the attorney prior to hiring him or her, and I highly suggest you do so.

2. Liability Waiver
Believe it or not, some people will actually believe that they can practice law on their own. They will attempt to use the information on this website and/or one of the videos and attempts to claim that they received legal advice without coming to the office and meeting with one of the attorneys. Therefore, I must put another disclaimer on this website which specifically states that no communications blogs videos or any other information received from this website constitutes legal advice.
If you believe you received legal advice from this website, you are dead wrong, there is no way I can predict your legal situation and advise you accordingly. So, in an effort to be 100% clear, there is nothing on this website which is meant to speak directly to your legal situation. I can think of no earthly situation where in any attorney of the Dellutri LawGroup can be liable to you for any reason whatsoever if you choose to use the information on this website and represent yourself. I believe I have made myself myself perfectly clear on this issue.
