Attorneys have to deal with a lot of baggage. So before we can get started with the terms and conditions of the website. I have to tell you that these terms and conditions may change frequently depending on what new rules the Florida bar is throwing in our way.

Also I have to tell you to check back often. So, I guess it would be the best approach for you to check the terms and conditions each and every time you look at our website. Am I saying this because I want to waste your time? No, not at all. I have to put these things in writing because from time to time people will say I didn't know this or that. So, I have to put it out there for everybody and remind you often to look at our terms and conditions.

1. How to form an attorney-client relationship:

I'm sure you have looked at enough websites by now to know that by browsing the website you are not making a purchase. The same holds true for browsing an Attorney's website. By reading our website and watching our videos or by asking for free information, you acknowledge that no attorney-client relationship has been established.
